1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Enbridg (“Enbridg”, “we”, “us”) and any individual enrolled with Enbridg for any course or training program (“learner”, “you”). By enrolling in a program with Enbridg, you agree to be bound by this Agreement for the duration of your enrollment.
2. Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon submission of the required documents/records and payment of the applicable fees.
- Enrollment is subject to acceptance of Enbridg’s refund policy, as communicated to you at the time of enrollment.
- Enbridg reserves the right to decline or cancel enrollment where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Fees and Payments
- Course fees vary by program and are as communicated at the time of enrollment.
- Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule provided. Learners with outstanding dues may be restricted from attending classes, sitting exams, or receiving certificates until dues are cleared.
- Any re-examination, re-assessment, or repeat-session charges will be communicated separately and are payable prior to the relevant activity.
4. Our Commitment to You
Enbridg shall:
- Provide tuition and learning support appropriate to your enrolled program, with reasonable care and skill.
- Provide clear information about your program, its structure, and what is required to complete it successfully.
- Communicate with you via your registered email address (and/or other registered contact details).
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
- Where applicable, provide reasonable placement assistance to eligible learners, without guaranteeing job placement.
5. Learner Responsibilities
As a learner, you agree to:
- Take responsibility for your own learning, attend scheduled sessions, and engage constructively with your program.
- Keep your registered contact details up to date and check them regularly for important communications.
- Meet and be able to evidence the entry requirements for your program at any point during your enrollment.
- Act with academic integrity — this includes avoiding plagiarism, submitting your own work, and complying with assessment rules and deadlines.
- Comply with Enbridg’s code of conduct and any other applicable policies shared with you during enrollment or orientation.
- Where an internship or practical placement is part of your course, understand your responsibilities regarding arranging and completing it, as explained at enrollment.
6. Assessments, Grading, and Certification
- Passing grades, assessment criteria, and grading structures will be explained to you at the start of your program.
- Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required assessments and clearance of outstanding dues.
- Certificate/transcript processing times will be communicated to you; delays may occur due to administrative processing.
7. Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to behave professionally and ethically at all times, both on and off campus (physical or virtual). Enbridg reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or removal from a program, in cases of serious misconduct, dishonesty, or behavior that brings Enbridg into disrepute.
8. Placement Assistance (Where Applicable)
Where Enbridg offers placement assistance:
- It is offered only to learners who meet eligibility criteria (e.g., successful course completion, attendance requirements, cleared dues).
- Enbridg facilitates the process (e.g., interview opportunities) but does not guarantee a job offer or placement outcome.
- Learners are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the placement process and to respond promptly to communications regarding opportunities.
9. Complaints and Grievances
If you have a concern or complaint, you may raise it through the contact channel provided to you at enrollment. Enbridg will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to complaints in a fair and timely manner.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Enbridg remain the intellectual property of Enbridg (or its licensors) and are provided solely for your personal learning use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Enbridg will exercise reasonable care in delivering its programs but does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as employment, salary, or career progression) as a result of course completion. To the extent permitted by law, Enbridg’s liability for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by the learner for the relevant program.
12. Changes to This Agreement
Enbridg may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued enrollment after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will be made available to learners.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
