Release of Learner Records
- Learners may request copies of certificates or transcripts within a reasonable period after course completion (details to be specified by Enbridg).
- If requesting in person, identity will be verified before release.
- If not requesting in person, a request from the learner’s registered email address is required.
- Requested documents will be processed and dispatched within the timeframe communicated by Enbridg.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can take appropriate action. Where consent from a parent is required by Your jurisdiction, We may require such consent before collecting and using a minor’s information.
